Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

This role exists to Lead the site utilities and facilities maintenance function to deliver safe, reliable, and energy‑efficient operations in a 500,000 sq ft, 24/7 food manufacturing facility—driving measurable reductions in energy consumption and carbon footprint, audit‑ready PSM compliance, and equipment reliability that protects people, food safety, and service. The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $107,200.

Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

This position is bonus eligible.

This position is LTI eligible.
