Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

MTM Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our fitness and wellness facilities in Doha, Qatar.

This full-time, on-site role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of building systems, gym equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical infrastructure, pools, and other facility assets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

-Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep activities across assigned facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool systems, and gym equipment.

-Implement preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

-Supervise maintenance teams, outsourced contractors, and janitorial staff to maintain high operational and hygiene standards.

-Coordinate inspections, emergency repairs, and ongoing facility checks across all locations.

-Monitor maintenance budgets, review quotations, and support cost-effective purchasing and vendor management.

-Maintain accurate maintenance reports, task completion records, and operational documentation.

-Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.

-Support internal departments during events, equipment relocations, AV setups, and special projects.

-Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing technical teams.

-Proven experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, and Equipment Maintenance.

-Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive maintenance, and facility systems.

-Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on operational approach.

-Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.

-Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.

-Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or similar environments is an advantage.
