Facilities Maintenance Intern

A Facilities Intern is responsible for the upkeep of the facility by performing various functions such as general plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, and painting to name a few. The following details are not definitive and subject to change based on organizational needs.

Knowledge of hazardous risks with cleaning chemicals and supplies

Strong work ethics & is a great team player.

Able to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.

Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.

Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, sitting, & constant movements of hands to operate tools/machines.

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Work is performed indoors & outdoors with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, and movements of machine/equipment.
