Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Maintenance Coordinator with a civil engineering background to oversee property inspections, identify maintenance requirements, and coordinate repair activities.
The role involves managing documentation, monitoring maintenance work, and ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of all civil-related repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify defects and maintenance needs
- Prepare reports and maintain records of all repair and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams for execution of work
- Monitor progress of ongoing maintenance and ensure quality standards are met
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents related to maintenance work
- Track material usage and support procurement processes if required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or construction support roles
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
