  • 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, housekeeping, office administration, or a related operational support role.
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, and service providers in a manufacturing, warehouse, office, or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and facility/work order management systems.
