Qualifications

  • WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of related experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar field
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • Must possess and maintain applicable licenses, if required
  • OSHA Certification required
  • Clean MVR report
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • None.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, read and write in English. Ability to read and write reports, lists, memos, and basic business correspondence.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Complete work orders related to the maintenance and operation of major physical and mechanical equipment
  • Maintain working knowledge of property systems, including:
  • Boilers, chillers, pumps, and air handlers
  • Plumbing distribution and fire protection systems
  • Electrical distribution systems, motors, and controls (electric and pneumatic)
  • Kitchen and restaurant equipment
  • Mechanical and non‐mechanical systems
  • Compressors, refrigeration units, and air‐conditioning equipment
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reports
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility Operations
