Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of facilities engineering, utilities engineering, maintenance engineering, or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing facility infrastructure projects and external contractors.
  • Knowledge of industrial utility systems and facility equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
  • Strong project management, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • The following are preferred qualifications: Experience with CMMS systems (Limble, Maximo, Fiix, or equivalent), experience with reliability engineering and root cause analysis, familiarity with AutoCAD and engineering drawing management, experience with Lean, Six Sigma, EIT. PMP certification a plus.
