Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Facilities Engineer.
The Facilities Engineer will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient management of all facility systems and services.
Key responsibilities
include conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, supervising contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The Facilities Engineer will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality facilities management services to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Facilities Engineering, Facilities Operations, and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues
- Experience and knowledge in Preventive Maintenance practices for facility systems
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance within facilities management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in facilities management, preferably in the UAE, is a plus
- Certifications such as PMP or LEED accreditation are advantageous
- UAE Driving Licence is a must.
