Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
- Service and maintain, light fixtures, overhead doors, and other general building fixtures.
- Complete basic cleaning, painting, touch-up work, and facility upkeep projects.
- Service and maintain HVAC system, air filters and dust collection across multiple sites
- General plumbing and light construction duties
- Fabrication of handrails, guardrails, and other safety barrier
- Maintain building entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas with weed spraying, exterior rodent control, snow removal and salting during winter months
- Safely operate housekeeping tools, ladders, lifts, vacuums, sprayers and other assigned equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Requirements
Skills and Requirements (included but not limited to)
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment
- Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator, pass fit test and remain clean shaven
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor building repairs.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Valid driver license with acceptable driving record preferred.
