Face Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of facial and skincare treatments including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, acne care, and advanced facial therapies.
• Conduct professional skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on client requirements.
• Deliver personalized consultations by understanding client skin concerns and customizing treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and treatment room cleanliness in compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Promote and upsell skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages to achieve individual and clinic revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, facial techniques, beauty products, and industry technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Facial Therapist / Beauty Therapist / Face Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skincare routines, skin analysis, and beauty products.
• Experience in performing advanced facial therapies and handling skincare equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and upselling ability with a customer-focused approach.
• Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon, spa, or wellness center environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards as per UAE regulations.
• Arabic, Russian, or additional language skills will be an advantage.
