Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Oversee façade projects from design coordination through fabrication, logistics, installation, and final handover.
Role responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Manage project schedules and budgets and coordinate design, production, logistics, and site teams.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Monitor installation quality on site, conduct inspections, and prepare progress reports.
- Expedite materials and equipment.
- Support risk management, change control, and continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, planning, scheduling, and budget control for façade or construction projects.
- Experience expediting materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Knowledge of inspection practices, quality control, and relevant façade and construction standards.
- Experience managing logistics, deliveries, site storage, and material flow for installation.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven façade, curtain wall, or building envelope project management experience; GCC experience is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment with focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Proficient in project management and office software; façade design or coordination tools are advantageous.
