About the Role

The QHSE Inspector is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across site operations.

The role involves conducting inspections, identifying risks, and promoting a safe and compliant working environment.

Job Description

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures
  • Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-conpliance issues, and report them promptly
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations
  • Monitor work activities to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Maintain inspection reports, incident records, and documentation
  • Participate in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on QHSE requirements
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in construction or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations
  • Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
