Facade Engineer

Role

Education and experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in construction, façade engineering, or site execution activities.
• Additional certification in site management or construction safety is preferred.

Technical knowledge

• Technical knowledge of façade engineering, ACP cladding, glazing systems, structural drawings, site execution, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and monitor site measurements, material specifications, installation processes, and project execution.
• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, material handling, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation is preferred.

Site and project responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and project execution.
• Support the marketing team with BOQ preparation and other site-related work.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, workers, vendors, and project teams.
• Coordinate with the Purchase department on product purchases and delivery reports.
• Monitor project progress and support timely completion.
• Ensure site work follows quality standards and safety procedures.
• Support material planning, site measurements, and execution activities.
• Maintain site reports and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving site-related operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Track material usage, manpower allocation, and work progress.
• Prepare product delivery reports, capture photo or video evidence, and coordinate purchase documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other departments throughout project completion.
