Fabrication Supervisor

Overview

• Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication and workshop operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Lead, motivate, and manage fabrication personnel, welders, fitters, and workshop staff.
• Monitor fabrication activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and production schedules.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure fabrication work meets required standards and project specifications.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workshop.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor fabrication schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain workshop discipline and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
