We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fabrication Manager to oversee and manage our production operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in woodwork, metal fabrication, and painting processes, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily fabrication operations
- Oversee projects involving wood, metal, and painting works
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met
- Coordinate with design and production teams
- Manage workforce, schedules, and project timelines
- Optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of wood, metal, and painting processes
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
