Overview
To plan, coordinate, and supervise the
fabrication, assembly, testing, and installation of specialized containers and enclosures such as Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, E-Houses, Control Rooms, Fuel Tanks, and Skid-Mounted Units
, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fabrication and installation activities for
- Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, E-Houses, Control Rooms, Fuel Tanks, MCC Rooms, and Skid-Mounted Units.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements prior to production.
- Prepare production plans, monitor fabrication progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, welding, fitting, and installation activities in the workshop and at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability to avoid project delays.
- Conduct inspections and support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Prepare progress reports and update project stakeholders on fabrication and installation status.
- Assist in resolving technical and production-related issues during project execution.
