Position: Façade Project Manager

Location : Yaoundé - Cameroon

We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager with more than 7 years experience in the field to join our team in Yaoundé - Cameroon. He will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, execution, and completion of façade Aluminum projects. This role ensures that projects meet quality standards, budget, and deadlines while coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. This position requires technical expertise in façade systems, leadership in project management, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead façade projects planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical alignment.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and drive timely decision-making.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, to improve collaboration and keep things running smoothly.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures across all project phases.
• Track budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture , Civil Engineering , Construction Management , or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in facade systems (aluminum & glass).
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, systems, and installation methods.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Language: English and Arabic, French is a plus .
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
