Role Description
The F45 Studio Manager at Creek Beach, Dubai is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio, including staff scheduling, overseeing class delivery, and ensuring an exceptional member experience at every session.
The Studio Manager leads and supports coaches and front-of-house staff, conducts team meetings, and maintains a high standard of professionalism and safety on the training floor.
Daily tasks include managing membership inquiries, driving sales and retention initiatives, handling member onboarding and feedback, and implementing local marketing activities.
The role also involves overseeing studio cleanliness and maintenance, monitoring performance metrics, managing basic budgeting and reporting, and collaborating with ownership to execute F45 brand standards and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support a diverse member community.
- Proven Team Leadership experience, including coaching staff, managing schedules, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Sales skills, including converting leads, conducting studio tours, managing membership renewals, and achieving revenue and retention targets.
- Project Management abilities to organize campaigns, events, and operational initiatives, while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments is highly beneficial, ideally in a studio or club setting.
- Familiarity with membership growth, member management software, basic reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Relevant fitness, business, or management qualification or equivalent experience; fitness certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak studio hours as required.
- Previous experience with F45 is a plus.
