Role overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance datasets and ensure reports and analyses are accurate and consistent.
• Help improve reporting processes and templates; populate the weekly business review with current performance data.
• Analyze metrics, identify trends or anomalies, and draft fact-based commentary on performance drivers.
• Track actual results against targets or prior periods and investigate variances using data and business context.
• Summarize findings for the Finance & Strategy and UAE Leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and COUNTIF, and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, data analysis, trend identification, and ability to explain variances.
• Structured, data-driven problem solving; clear, concise writing; ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented, proactive, professional, and eager to learn and develop in Finance & Strategy.
• Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis is preferred.
