Deliver a memorable and distinctive dining experience through guest service, food and beverage service, and related restaurant tasks.
The position is non-management.
Guest Service Duties
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, uphold safety and quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Work Demands
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification is specified.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule.
Workplace
- The position is not remote and is located at the specified Dubai property.
