Role overview

Guest service duties

• Create a memorable dining experience by taking initiative and delivering a range of guest services.
• Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards, maintain a safe workplace, and communicate and present yourself professionally.
• Read and visually verify menu information and move around the workplace, including over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• The role involves extended periods on your feet and handling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance.
