F&B Server
About This Role
An F&B (Food & Beverage) Server is responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or bars. Their main goal is to ensure customers have a pleasant and smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Guests: Welcome customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Taking Orders: Accurately record food and drink orders and answer menu questions.
- Serving Food & Drinks: Deliver orders promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Customer Service: Check on guests during meals, handle requests, and resolve complaints politely.
- Menu Knowledge: Understand ingredients, preparation methods, and recommend dishes or beverages.
- Billing & Payments: Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, or digital).
- Table Maintenance: Set up tables, clear used dishes, and keep the dining area clean.
- Coordination: Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Required Skills

- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for billing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR40,000.00 - QAR60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
