Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&B Senior Accountant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing the financial operations and processes specific to the food and beverage industry.
The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing budgets.
Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize financial performance and support business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Skills to comprehend industry-specific financial needs
- 5 years minimum experience in F&B Accounting in UAE
- Understand all aggregator payments % and cost of goods
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including budget management and financial reporting
- Knowledge of UAE-specific financial laws and compliance regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
