F & B Outlets Supervisor

In this leadership role, the Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor will support day‑to‑day Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while motivating and guiding a high‑performing team.

Pay Scale: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 yearly

Work Location: In Person, 8500 Warden Avenue, Markham Ontario

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all F&B outlets to enhance guest satisfaction and support revenue growth.
• Assist with menu development, marketing initiatives, service enhancements, and team incentive programs.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Resolve guest and colleague concerns professionally and effectively.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of F&B service staff.
• Provide strong leadership through communication, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
• Assist in managing labour expenses in accordance with productivity guidelines.
• Lead and support a team of dedicated professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

• Minimum two years of Food & Beverage leadership experience , preferably in a unionized hotel environment .
• Post‑secondary diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and common culinary terminology.
• Valid Smart Serve certification .
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
