F&B Operations Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B outlets to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
• Lead, develop, and motivate colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Work with headquarters, the General Manager, and department heads on strategic planning and business goals.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Manage the team, maintain standards, and ensure smooth departmental workflows.
• Support staff development and uphold hotel standards and financial goals.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in hospitality management, hotel administration, or F&B management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a guest-service orientation.
