Overview
We are a growing F&B group operating multiple restaurant outlets in Dubai, looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead all people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across all outlets (200+ employees)
- Lead recruitment for FOH, BOH, and management roles
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements, including visa processing and WPS
- Onboarding, training coordination, and review cycles
- Partner with outlet managers to support scheduling, staff planning, and operational HR needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in the F&B or hospitality sector
- **Solid** knowledge of UAE employment law and government systems
- Proven experience managing HR across multiple sites

- HR experience in F&B: 2 years (Required)
