Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Host/Hostess in the All Day Dining department at The St.

Regis Doha, located in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

include welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

The Host/Hostess will act as a key point of contact for guests, providing information and accommodating special requests to create memorable dining experiences.

Collaboration with the team to maintain smooth operations and uphold the high standards of the St.

Regis brand is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with guests and colleagues
  • Proficiency in managing reservations and handling queries professionally
  • Exceptional customer service and attentiveness to guest needs and preferences
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to assist guests with inquiries and bookings
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and polished presentation
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality or F&B role is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
