We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, detail-obsessed, and service-driven F&B Associate to join our team.
If you bring passion to the plate, thrive in a high-end environment, and genuinely love making people feel welcome, we want you on the floor with us!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and polished service — every time
- Guide and support junior teammates while leading by example
- Master the menu and recommend with confidence (from signature dishes to wine pairings)
- Ensure every order is perfect, every guest is satisfied, and every shift runs smooth
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
- Help with opening/closing duties and keep the restaurant looking flawless all day
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of service experience in a luxury resort, club, or fine-dining restaurant
- Exceptional attention to detail and a heart for hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and allergens
- Calm and composed under pressure — even during the busiest services
- Team spirit, a positive attitude, and a readiness to go the extra mile
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluency in English (other languages are a big plus!)
