Mamalu Kitchen is seeking an experienced F&B Events & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our cooking school and events venue.
Important: Applicants must have previous experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
Applications without relevant F&B experience will not be considered.
This role combines customer service, event coordination, administration, and operational support.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, confident communicating with customers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
- Handle birthday party, school, corporate, and private event bookings
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate event logistics and customer communications
- Maintain booking calendars, customer records, and operational reports
- Liaise with mall management regarding permits, approvals, and operational requirements
- Handle administrative tasks and day-to-day office coordination
- Welcome guests and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Support classes and events during busy periods by assisting the operational team when required
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
- Experience handling bookings, reservations, events, or customer inquiries
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with children, families, schools, and corporate clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital booking systems
- Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude
- UAE experience preferred
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate comes from a restaurant, café, hospitality, hotel, events, or guest relations background and enjoys both customer-facing and administrative work.
They are confident, professional, highly organized, and capable of supporting operations during busy service periods.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
