Job Summary
Knot Bakehouse is seeking an experienced F&B Cost Controller to manage and optimize food and beverage costs across our growing network of outlets. With 6 branches currently and expansion to 12 by year-end, this role is critical to maintaining profitability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Key Deliverables
- Daily & monthly Food Cost Reports
- Recipe Costing Sheets (updated regularly)
- Inventory Audit Reports (with variance explanations)
- Waste & Shrinkage Reports
- Supplier Price Comparison Reports
- Menu Profitability Analysis
- Consolidated multi-branch cost dashboard
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
