The Role
At The Ned Doha, we believe that exceptional guest experiences are created through passion, teamwork, and attention to detail.
We are currently looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused **F&B COORDINATOR** to join our Food & Beverage team and support the smooth day-to-day operations across our vibrant outlets.

What You’Ll Be Doing
- Support the Food & Beverage team with daily administrative and operational coordination
- Coordinate communication between outlets and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, schedules, and maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with menu updates, promotions, events, and internal communications
- Support managers with inventory, purchasing requests, and general departmental administration
- During busy operations, provide hands-on support to the outlets and assist the operations team as needed
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage administration/coordinator role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with administrative systems
- A positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to support operational requirements when needed
- Passion for guest experience and luxury hospitality
