About the role
- The role will focus on financial planning, reporting, cost tracking, and coordination across finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial performance monitoring and compliance with accounting standards.
- How you can contribute:
- Assist in maintaining SG&A cost trackers and monitoring departmental expenses.
- Support the monthly and periodic closing process with DUAE CPL, DAME CPL, and DAME Finance teams.
- Assist in P&L planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, highlighting key risks.
- Track logistics and sales provisions with the sales team and assess reversals when required.
- Monitor costs by GL accounts and provide analysis for variances.
- Support financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and ad-hoc requests.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support cross-functional coordination.
- What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Basic understanding of project-based business environments is an advantage.
- Fluent English language (spoken and written)
Preferred Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS16 and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
