Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategies for large-scale infrastructure and other projects.
• Advise on project feasibility, financing structure, funding and financial close, including procurements.
• Support contract negotiation, project management and project or program management for large projects.
• Analyze funding, financing and delivery mechanisms at local, state and national levels.
• Develop and implement financial plans and delivery strategies involving multiple financing sources.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.

Skills and Focus Areas

• Strong knowledge of PPPs, concessions, acquisitions and project financing structures.
• Project financial modeling, financing markets, and infrastructure procurement and delivery knowledge are valued.
• Priority sectors include renewables, water, rail and road, logistics, urban infrastructure, sports and events.
• Industry experience and value-framework development across investment, asset enhancement, renewals, maintenance and operations are desirable.
• Experience leading innovation programs for asset management is highly desirable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Requires 6–8 or more years of directly relevant experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Relevant experience may come from an advisory firm, infrastructure service provider, developer, bank, government agency or related sector.
• Requires experience structuring and financing transactions and/or procurements, including commercial aspects of project documents.
• An MBA and/or CFA is preferred; an engineering qualification is an advantage.
• An MBA or master’s degree, quantitative analysis, financial modeling and project management skills are described as desirable.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is desirable.
