We are looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a well-established and high-performing British curriculum school in Dubai.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is committed to delivering outstanding provision and making a real difference in the lives of young learners.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team in one of Dubai's most sought-after school communities, with excellent facilities and a strong ethos of continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a stimulating, safe and nurturing classroom environment that supports every child's development
- Observe, assess and track individual pupil progress and use this to inform future planning
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication and parent meetings
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and wider school staff to ensure holistic pupil support
- Contribute to school life beyond the classroom including events, trips and extracurricular activities
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to school improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialisation in Early Childhood Education, or PGCE with CACHE Level 3
- Minimum 2 years of classroom experience as an EYFS or KG Teacher
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and Early Years best practice
- Experience working in the UAE or UK is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
