Requirements
- CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education is mandatory.
- Proven work experience in a nursery or early years setting is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Experience planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Ability to observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements.
- Good classroom management and child engagement skills.
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
- Caring and patient approach to early childhood education; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good spoken and written English.
