Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Extrusion Operator/Plastic Extrusion Operator/Masterbatch Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating extrusion machinery and ensuring optimal production processes. Day-to-day tasks include handling and maintaining hand tools, monitoring quality control processes, troubleshooting machinery, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals. Safe operation and adherence to production timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and expertise in operating extrusion machinery
• Experience with Hand Tools and maintaining production equipment
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure product standards
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Prior experience in Masterbatch production or a related industry is an advantage
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and compliance with safety regulations
