Role Description
This is an on-site contract role located in Doha, Qatar, for an External Audit Manager.
The role involves leading external audit engagements, preparing and reviewing financial statements, evaluating financial data for compliance with regulatory standards, and effectively managing audit teams.
The External Audit Manager will also perform risk assessments, ensure audit procedures align with client requirements, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits to ensure accurate preparation, review, and compliance.
- Finance and Accounting knowledge to analyze complex financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to identify financial risks, assess operational efficiencies, and contribute to process improvements.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the auditing field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to team members and clients.
