The Field Training Supervisor at Securitas is responsible for overseeing the training and development of security personnel. This role involves facilitating training sessions, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. The supervisor will also create training materials and provide coaching to staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to specialists as needed.

Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and company-mandated training and certification requirements.

Confer with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches.

Create, update, and maintain training materials, reference guides, and assessments in conjunction with management.

Follow appropriate instructional procedures and methods for training needs.

Organize training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation materials, visual aids, and other education materials.

Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness and employee progress.

Document interactions and report findings to leadership.

Cross train with Training and Development Supervisors to serve as a backup when needed.
