Essential qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Training, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in school inspection, teaching, or educational evaluation.
- Experience with, or strong understanding of, school systems and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to travel within the UAE and work flexibly as required.
- Ability to assess educational quality and performance using structured thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging education stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, actionable reports and manage reporting deadlines.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability in UAE education settings.
Desirable qualifications
- Experience in adult learning, professional development, or education reform in UAE or GCC education systems.
- Familiarity with inspection or quality assurance frameworks, including rubrics or Ofsted-style frameworks.
- Experience contributing to evaluation reports or school improvement processes.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English, including producing bilingual reports.
Responsibilities
- Assess and interpret educational quality and performance in future school inspection assignments.
- Engage with school leaders, educators, and stakeholders during inspection-related work.
- Produce clear, concise, and actionable evaluation reports.
- Manage reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively and participate in feedback and calibration processes.
