You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—greeting them with a smile, listening to their concerns, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their service experience.
No advanced technical knowledge is required; we’ll provide all the training you need.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival.
- Listen closely to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
- Maintain clear, friendly communication with customers about wait times and service updates.
- Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from drop‑off to pick‑up.
- Assist with simple check‑in and check‑out steps using basic computer systems.
- Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
- Uphold Subaru’s high standards of hospitality and customer care.

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Estimated Annual Earnings
$35,000–$47,000
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
