The company is appointing an Export Sales Manager to develop its flexible-packaging business across MENA and African markets.

The position is based in the UAE and involves extensive travel across assigned markets.

At least 5 years of successful export sales experience specifically within the flexible-packaging industry.
Current MENA residence and sound knowledge of the regional market.
Fluent Arabic and strong professional communication skills in English.
Proven business development experience across MENA and African regions.
Established customer relationships in dairy, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and beverage sectors.
Strong capabilities in new-business development, key-account management, commercial negotiation, margin management, and payment collection.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.

There is no fixed compensation bracket; the package is flexible and reflects experience, industry relationships, proven performance, and potential contribution.

Develop the flexible-packaging business across MENA and African markets.
Develop new business and manage key accounts across assigned markets.
Build and maintain customer relationships in the dairy, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and beverage sectors.
Conduct commercial negotiations and manage margins.
Support payment collection activities.
Travel extensively across the assigned markets.
