Luxeo is a growing international fragrance house based in Sharjah, UAE, with capabilities across fragrance development, evaluation, raw material trading, and bespoke fragrance creation.
We supply fragrance oils to manufacturers across personal care, fine perfumery, home care, and functional applications.
We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp
Export Sales Manager – Fragrance Oils
to manage and grow our B2B sales across
GCC, MENA, and Africa.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a client portfolio of perfume manufacturers, personal care producers, and home care manufacturers across the region
- Drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships
- Work closely with our perfumers and evaluation team to match client needs with winning fragrance solutions
- Develop territory plans and report directly to the General Manager
- Identify market opportunities, client requirements, and commercial growth areas across GCC, MENA, and Africa
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in fragrance oil, F&F, or related B2B export sales
- Strong existing network across GCC, MENA, and/or Africa markets
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets independently
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the region
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
