Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Export Sales Executive based in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing international sales opportunities, managing key customer relationships, identifying and securing new export markets, and negotiating commercial agreements.
The role also involves coordinating with logistics and supply chain partners, ensuring export compliance, and achieving sales targets to support the company's expansion plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales, international sales, or business development is required.
- Strong understanding of export operations and international business practices.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to identify, develop, and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience within the fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care industry is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
