Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Coordinator, located in Morbi.
The Export Sales Coordinator will oversee export operations, ensuring seamless documentation, effective communication with international clients, and reliable customer service.
Duties
include managing order processing, handling export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and regulatory compliance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with Ocean freight processes and export logistics
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP software, and other relevant tools
- Previous experience in the ceramic or building material industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field preferred
