Job Details:

Plan and manage all export activities to ensure shipments are handled smoothly and delivered on time.

Study international and regional markets to identify growth opportunities and support product expansion.

Conduct market research to strengthen export strategies and improve sales performance globally.

Ensure all export operations follow customs rules and international trade regulations.

Communicate with international clients, present products, and build long term business relationships.

Handle export documentation, shipping papers, and contracts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Monitor delivery processes to make sure goods reach customers safely and within timelines.

Manage export related financial activities, including tracking payments and following up on transactions.

Review and improve export procedures and workflows to increase efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of export operations.

Job Experience Requirements

Strong knowledge of export operations, procedures, and international trade practices.

Good communication skills with understanding of international business correspondence.

Ability to manage shipments and ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Experience in handling export payments and financial processes.

Capability to develop and improve export workflows and procedures.

Good knowledge of preparing and managing export documentation and contracts.
