Working as an Export Manager entails overseeing international sales operations, expanding global market reach, and ensuring efficient export processes while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and healthcare standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • The position involves:
  • Managing the full export cycle, from order processing and documentation to shipment and delivery across international markets.
  • Identifying and developing new international markets and distribution partners to expand the company’s global presence.
  • Coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely and compliant shipment of medical products.
  • Ensuring all export activities comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and healthcare industry standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and partners to support long-term business growth.
  • Monitoring global market trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities and optimize export strategies.
  • Negotiating export agreements, pricing structures, and distribution terms with international partners.
  • Preparing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and regulatory documentation.
  • Preparing periodic export performance reports and market insights for top management.
  • Collaborating closely with finance, regulatory affairs, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • 3–5 years of experience in export management or international sales, preferably in medical or healthcare products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and market development skills.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, logistics, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
