Overview

  • The Export Manager will be responsible for developing and managing CITTA's international business across assigned markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, appointing distributors, managing export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving international sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, skincare, personal care, cosmetics, healthcare, or consumer products exports and possess a strong understanding of international trade practices and market expansion strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities

• International Business Development

  • Identify and develop new export markets for CITTA products.
  • Appoint and manage distributors, importers, and channel partners across international territories.
  • Build long-term relationships with international customers and business partners.
  • Drive export sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Develop country-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify potential retail, pharmacy, baby care, and e-commerce partners in target regions.
  • Support market entry initiatives and brand expansion plans.

• Export Operations & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment processes.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with regulatory teams to facilitate product registrations where required.
  • Distributor Management
  • Establish sales targets and business plans with distributors.
  • Monitor distributor performance and inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide market support.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities.

• Trade Shows & International Partnerships

  • Represent CITTA at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events.
  • Generate leads and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across international markets.

• Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare export sales forecasts and business reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
  • Present monthly business reviews and growth plans to management.
  • Preferred Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Global Trade.
  • Experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, baby care, FMCG, healthcare, or consumer products industries.
  • Proven track record of developing international markets and distributor networks.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, logistics, and international trade regulations.
  • Experience working with distributors, importers, and international channel partners.
  • Familiarity with product registrations and compliance requirements across international markets is preferred.
