Job Summary
- We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Expert Ecosystem Manager to build, grow and manage CFTE’s expert and instructor network.
- This role is central to the delivery of CFTE’s projects for governments, central banks and financial institutions.
- You will be responsible for curating exceptional expert line-ups, managing senior stakeholders and building the systems that allow our ecosystem to scale.
- This is a role for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organisational discipline and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- What you’ll do:
- Grow and curate CFTE’s expert ecosystem across fintech, AI, digital banking, regulation, digital assets and governance
- Identify and onboard leading practitioners, industry leaders and subject matter experts
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives, policymakers and instructors
- Support programme teams by designing outstanding expert line-ups aligned with client objectives
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure expert readiness and quality standards
- Structure and manage expert databases, processes and evaluation frameworks
- Design scalable systems for onboarding, engagement and performance tracking
- Continuously raise the quality and relevance of CFTE’s instructor network
- Represent CFTE at industry events and leverage networks to expand the ecosystem
