Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified, pre-screened leads provided by the company and convert them into successful property transactions
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and final closings
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai’s property market, current trends, and project portfolios
- Collaborate with internal mortgage specialists to facilitate financing options for clients
- Coordinate with the operations and admin team to ensure smooth deal processing and documentation
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions to uphold brand reputation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or internationally
- Proven track record as a closer with high conversion rates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market (communities, developers, off-plan & secondary market)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Fluency in English
- Looking for English Speakers, Russian/Ukrainian Speakers, Arabic Speakers as well as Native French or Spanish Speakers to handle clients from across the globe
