Expert Real Estate Agent (Closer) – Dubai - Commission Based Job only
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified, pre-screened leads provided by the company and convert them into successful property transactions
Conduct property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and final closings
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai’s property market, current trends, and project portfolios
Collaborate with internal mortgage specialists to facilitate financing options for clients
Coordinate with the operations and admin team to ensure smooth deal processing and documentation
Represent the company professionally in all interactions to uphold brand reputation
Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or internationally
Proven track record as a closer with high conversion rates
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market (communities, developers, off-plan & secondary market)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Fluency in English
Looking for English Speakers, Russian/Ukrainian Speakers, Arabic Speakers as well as Native French or Spanish Speakers to handle clients from across the globe
