The App Support Expert Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with development teams, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for enterprise applications, addressing critical incidents and escalations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Proactively monitor application performance, identifying potential issues and suggesting improvements.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of support activities and resolutions.
- Assist in application upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies during support activities.
- Mentor and train junior support engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing after-hours support as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance support capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
